The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast, which were both nice amenities. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions, shops, and restaurants.- The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and assistance throughout our stay.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture and decor felt old and worn, which detracted from the overall experience.

Great location, clean room, and renovated bathroom the location of the hotel was perfect for my city break as it was situated near the main hot spring and other key attractions in the city. the room was clean and easy to access with a renovated bathroom that made my stay quite comfortable.
Poor breakfast buffet, terrible customer service, and outdated room the breakfast buffet was not worth mentioning, and the coffee tasted awful. the worst aspect, however, was the terrible customer service I received.

Staff spoke good english even though they knew little about where things were - so it was not helpful anyway.
This Hotel was horrible! You are better off spending a few more dollars to get a nicer hotel - it is not worth saving a few bucks to stay here. There was a major bug problem (I have never seen spiders that big!); It smelled aweful; the staff was unknowledgeble about the area; and the rooms look nothing like the pictures: the furniture is falling apart; the bed had couch cushions for a mattress; and there were chunks of concrete missing from the walls. Do not stay here!!!!

Located right in the center of the old town, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the city. Guests can easily walk to the main thermal springs and the popular Grand Hotel Pupp. the rooms are basic but clean, with renovated bathrooms that are satisfactory. the breakfast buffet, although lacking variety, provides decent options to start the day. the staff, despite some negative experiences, speak English and are generally friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacks some modern amenities that travelers may expect, such as a TV in the rooms.
